• Support clients via chat, email, and calls on our platform • Manage schedules, course changes, teacher swaps, and account updates • Communicate clearly and warmly in English and Romanian • Solve issues fast, anticipate needs, and boost satisfaction with our services • Run check-in calls and handle feedback with care • Keep records accurate and workflows smooth

🎯 Requirements

• High level of English and Polish (speaking & writing) • Russian language on a basic level (general understanding of speech in russian) • Tech-savvy: quick with tools like Google Workspace, CRM, chat platforms • Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented • Great at multitasking, staying calm under pressure • Team player with initiative, optimism, and a service mindset • Experience in customer support or education is a bonus — but your attitude and skills matter most.
