📋 Description

• Own end-to-end target-state process design for Service processes as Global Process Owner • Ensure appropriate metrics are established for service processes • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 Service Business Process Owners and Process Experts • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global service processes and supporting applications • Collaborate closely with IS and key stakeholders • Oversee alignment between service processes, value streams, and digital tools • Translate business strategy, customer needs, and market dynamics into scalable processes • Prioritize initiatives based on business value and customer experience • Establish service processes and data structures supporting digital services, automation, and future AI-enabled capabilities • Support global deployment, adoption, and change management for process and system improvements • Embed Health, Safety & Environment requirements in processes and tools • Report to the Service Business Process Manager

🎯 Requirements

• M.Sc. or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar • Minimum leadership experience of 5–10 years • Minimum total work experience of 15–20 years • Proven leadership of global teams in complex matrix organizations • Strong stakeholder management at senior level • Proven experience in Service Business • Strong understanding of service and lifecycle management, including field service, parts fulfillment, installed base, and data-driven services • Experience in global transformation programs • ERP, CRM, or Field Service Management platform experience is a plus • Knowledge of process taxonomy, design, and data flows • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-driven approach • Application must be submitted in PDF format
