âą Lead the commercial development of complex technical solutions in electrical distribution, building automation, and electric vehicle charging stations âą Grow the revenue and profitability of project offerings âą Build and maintain long-term relationships with principal clients and decision-makers âą Manage project opportunities in coordination with internal teams âą Structure, negotiate and secure the technical, financial, commercial, and contractual aspects of proposals âą Identify and develop new opportunities in collaboration with the wider sales team âą Ensure commercial follow-up and project reporting via Salesforce
âą Minimum of a Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary) qualification in electrotechnics/electrical engineering, complemented by commercial/business training such as a Masterâs-level program âą Proven experience of at least 5 years selling technical solutions or projects in a similar environment âą Good knowledge of the electrical distribution market and installers âą English proficiency is a plus
