📋 Description
• 负责所分配客户的业绩达成，包括赢得“ZBA”新业务机会、合同续签、持续提升雅培在医院的份额等 • 完成所分配客户的销售指标 • 与客户共同创造价值，维护现有业务 • 抓住价值创造机会和新业务机会 • 收集、分享与上报所负责客户的市场情报 • 完成装机等各类指标，定期盘点客户库存，预估业绩并跟踪订单完成情况 • 管理区域重点客户及销售目标，维护客户数据 • 开展客户满意度、风险及机会管理 • 与客户从实验室、临床科室到管理层建立合作，挖掘需求并识别机会 • 掌握目标客户的仪器、试剂、开单科室、竞品及渠道经销商信息 • 挖掘客户需求，了解客户痛点，制定客户中长期发展计划 • 制定并执行客户拜访计划 • 制定并实施单元医院及区域业务规划 • 进行VBP报量预估和管理 • 收集行业政策、市场动态及竞争对手动态 • 协调客户投诉、售后服务及装机流程 • 配合市场项目执行，搭建学术圈子，维护临床医生及科内会 • 协调产品库存效期、PCR申请等流程，提升客户满意度
🎯 Requirements
• 临床实验室或生物医学相关专业，本科以上学历 • Sr. Account Rep.需具备 3 年以上相关销售经验 • 掌握基本专业知识 • 具有良好的客户沟通能力 • 具备坚韧的执行力和解决问题的能力 • 掌握计算机技能（Word、Excel、PowerPoint等）
