📋 Description

• Propose commercial solutions and close deals based on customer needs and Abbott's value proposition. • Sell Abbott's Diagnostic Division products and equipment, providing product information and benefits while meeting defined sales targets. • Position product concepts within the diagnostics segment, keeping distributors and customers informed and up to date. • Serve as the interface between customers and internal departments (finance, logistics, credit, tax, services, etc.) to assist and expedite internal procedures and meet customer needs. • Identify and participate in in-person bidding processes/tenders for the procurement of diagnostic products, request necessary documentation, follow established negotiation parameters, and monitor the entire process through to the announcement of the winning company and the execution of the order (commitment) for bids won by Abbott. • Monitor payments owed to Abbott by customers in your portfolio in coordination with Financial Management, following up with debtors. • Monitor commercial and financial results for your customer portfolio, planning actions to achieve established targets. • Keep your customer portfolio updated and informed about order placement and administration processes. • Identify customer needs and opportunities, suggesting actions related to special projects, logistical priorities, etc. • Prepare reports on your activities according to defined procedures and standards, including sales planning, customer information, and portfolio performance. • Keep information in Salesforce up to date regarding accounts, opportunities, and client visit records in accordance with company guidelines; be prepared for weekly reviews of your customer portfolio with your manager (1:1). • Participate in trainings related to products and equipment marketed by the Diagnostics Division. • Comply with policies and procedures related to your activities in accordance with the implemented quality systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed) • English preferred
