📋 Description

• Develops and executes enterprise sales strategies that strengthen Abbott Medical Device’s value position with health systems, IDNs, medical groups, and other healthcare partners • Builds and maintains senior-level relationships within assigned regional and national accounts • Works collaboratively with sales leadership to drive access and sales performance • Leads enterprise account execution by aligning Abbott Medical Device business units to deliver coordinated customer solutions • Conducts executive business reviews and secures optimal positioning within key enterprise accounts • Engages and partners with customer stakeholders beyond contracting to develop broader solutions and services • Ensures the development of high‑performance teams and effective working relationships internally and externally. • Manages a team of Enterprise / Corporate Account executives responsible for delivering results in assigned accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in medical devices or related healthcare industries • 7+ years of experience leading sales teams or enterprise account organizations • Proven ability to manage complex health system or IDN relationships • Demonstrated enterprise thinking and ability to engage across a matrixed organization • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with experience leading cross‑functional teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency • Experience in cardiology, vascular, electrophysiology, or related medical device markets • Demonstrated knowledge of contracting, negotiating strategies, and healthcare purchasing dynamics • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and guide decision making • Understanding of legal and regulatory considerations impacting commercial activities.
