📋 Description

• You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business and market development initiatives to sustainably increase therapy adoption across all neuromodulation product lines (CPT, DBS, DRG, RFA). • Develop and execute national market and partner development strategies in Germany and Austria within a highly regulated Class‑III environment. • Identify, evaluate and realize new strategic growth opportunities in future-oriented markets. • Build and maintain sustainable, long-term relationships with key customers, clinical decision-makers and external stakeholders at senior level. • Optimize clinical care pathways by aligning clinical, economic and commercial perspectives. • Manage and prioritize strategic marketing investments to maximize therapy adoption and market impact. • Prepare business cases, market and competitive analyses, and derive concrete strategic recommendations for action. • Work closely across functions with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Clinical and external partners – without disciplinary line management responsibility. • Continuous performance monitoring, reporting and derivation of measures to achieve targets. • Represent the company at national and international congresses and actively shape the national go-to-market strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree (Bachelor required, Master preferred), ideally in a natural science or business-related field. • At least 10 years of professional experience in business development, preferably in the medical technology sector (active implants). • Solid experience in business development, market development, sales excellence or comparable strategic roles. • Proven ability to independently develop and implement complex strategic initiatives in regulated markets. • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking. • High level of seniority and persuasiveness to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without disciplinary authority. • Very strong personal responsibility, decisiveness and resilience in complex market situations. • High willingness to travel (> 60%), flexibility and readiness for intensive field activity in Germany and Austria. • Very good written and spoken German and English skills. • Valid Class B driving license in Germany.
