📋 Description
• Manage the technical team responsible for the implementation and support of AlinIQ products; • Use, develop, and implement installation and support strategies for IT solutions; • Communicate with clients and internal managers to resolve complex inquiries; • Recommend appropriate products or services; • Train the technical team and review the quality of completed work.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical Technology, or a related field. • Languages: Advanced English and Spanish • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of formal experience in technical IT applications; experience in hospital environments or laboratory information systems is preferred.
