📋 Description

• Manage and expand relationships with existing and new customers within the sales territory • Targeted presentation and marketing of products to office-based specialists and specialists in hospitals • Utilize face-to-face (F2F), email, multichannel and event channels as well as an appropriate marketing mix • Monitor the market and align targeting and account plans • Achieve sales targets • Coordinate with the regional manager, colleagues and other in-house roles • Collaborate across functional boundaries • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, ethical and company compliance requirements, and the Code of Business Conduct

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in a natural science • Pharmaceutical sales representative training or required expertise in accordance with § 75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz) • Experience in pharmaceutical field sales is an advantage but not required • Strong persuasive skills and a proven ability to close deals • Excellent communication skills • High degree of agility and a strong drive to succeed • Strong digital competence • Enthusiasm, empathy and enjoyment of sales • Career starters are welcome
