• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives • Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluation • Effectively handle objections and gain calls to action to close sales calls • Aspiring to serve customer needs and build trusted customer relationships • Develop and execute call plan achieving set metrics and optimizing coverage • Continuously build understanding of customer needs and market landscape • Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers and develop experts
• Bachelor's degree, biology, pharmacy, business related fields or equivalent • Proven successful sales experience (3-5 years) and solid presentation skills • High level of personal initiative and resilience • In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product and competitive knowledge • Strong understanding of business and competent use of business tools • Candidates with previous experience in immunology and/or gastroenterology of at least 1 year will be given priority • Ability to identify customer style/behavior and adapt sales approach accordingly • Preferable experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry
