• 在区域战略合作经理领导下，在重点目标医院执行公司重点客户项目 • 提高公司品牌形象，确保公司产品在医院的安全运营 • 高效拜访医院重点客户，建立多赢合作关系 • 支持区域业务团队完成列名工作 • 收集重点客户反馈及重点医院相关政策规定，并反馈给区域战略合作经理 • 与区域战略合作经理共同制定应对策略 • 建立并定期更新重点客户管理档案 • 推进目标医院进药工作，协助提高公司药品可及性，确保患者获益 • 完成区域战略合作经理安排的其他任务
🎯 Requirements
• 本科及以上学历，医学、药学或相关专业毕业 • 至少5年医药行业经验 • 有外资医药经验者优先 • 至少1年以上战略合作经理工作经验 • 至少2年以上团队管理经验 • 熟悉战略合作经理工作模式，具备一定的市场管理知识 • 了解区域管理、资源分配、客户管理知识 • 良好的客户关系管理能力、组织协调能力和人际关系沟通能力 • 优秀的工作独立性和主动性 • 较强的沟通、表达、谈判和说服技巧 • 严谨的逻辑思维和分析判断能力 • 解决问题和处理复杂情况的应变能力 • 良好的跨部门合作意识和能力
