• 完成所分配客户的销售指标 • 与客户共同创造价值，维护现有业务 • 抓住价值创造机会和新业务机会 • 收集、分享并上报所负责客户的市场情报 • 完成装机等各类绩效指标 • 定期盘点客户库存，预估业绩并跟踪订单完成情况 • 管理关键客户满意度、风险和机会 • 收集并更新客户及目标客户数据，包括决策人信息、产品使用趋势及潜在需求 • 与客户从实验室到临床科室及管理层建立合作，挖掘需求并识别机会 • 识别业务丢失风险并制定预案 • 掌握目标客户仪器、试剂、开单科室、竞品及渠道经销商信息 • 制定并执行客户拜访计划 • 分析区域市场，制定并实施医院及区域业务规划 • 预估和管理VBP报量 • 收集行业政策、市场动态及竞争对手动态 • 协调客户投诉、售后服务、装机、市场项目、产品库存效期及PCR申请等流程 • 搭建学术圈子，维护临床医生及科内会
🎯 Requirements
• 临床/医学相关专业本科及以上学历 • 3-5年医疗保健/诊断行业经验（优先） • 优秀的解决问题能力和人际关系建立能力 • 敏锐的洞察力，了解关键利益相关者和客户动态 • 丰富的战略客户/重点客户管理经验 • 具备与高层管理人员合作的经验 • 出色的沟通能力 • 良好的学习能力 • 乐于接受新的理念/销售模式 • 掌握计算机技能（Word、Excel、PowerPoint等）
