📋 Description
• Promote company products academically within the target territory and achieve established work objectives • Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals • Conduct ongoing, standardized exchanges of medical and product information • Complete all company-required reports • Collect market developments and product-related insights according to company compliance guidelines • Execute company marketing plans in strict compliance with the OEC policy • Promptly report adverse events related to company products and assist PV with required information collection when needed • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies while practicing company values and integrity principles
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field • Two or more years of pharmaceutical industry experience in neuroscience, chronic disease, biologics, specialty medicines, or related areas • Experience in a foreign-funded company is preferred • Excellent academic and professional expertise • Strong judgment and decision-making ability • Good communication and verbal expression skills • Passion for the role and sense of responsibility • Ability to work under pressure • Teamwork spirit and willingness to endure hard work
