📋 Description
• Promote company products academically within the target region and achieve established work objectives • Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals • Conduct continuous, standardized exchanges of medical and product information • Complete all company-required reports • Collect market developments and product-related insights according to company compliance guidelines • Execute company marketing plans in accordance with the OEC policy • Promptly report product-related adverse events and support PV information collection when needed • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies while upholding integrity and compliance principles
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above, graduated in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field • Two or more years of work experience in hematologic oncology, biologics, specialty drugs, or the pharmaceutical industry • Experience in a foreign-funded enterprise preferred • Excellent academic and professional capabilities • Strong judgment • Good communication and language expression skills • Passion for the work, sense of responsibility, and ability to withstand work pressure • Teamwork spirit and willingness to work hard • Must comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies • Must follow the company's ethical conduct (OEC) policy and integrity and compliance principles
