• 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, healthcare operations, care coordination, or a related field. • Strong verbal and written English communication skills. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up activities simultaneously. • Professional, empathetic, and patient communication style. • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare privacy standards. • Experience in healthcare operations, caregiver support, patient services, or care coordination. • Experience with prior authorizations, documentation collection, or healthcare onboarding processes. • Experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls. • Familiarity with Medicaid, healthcare documentation requirements, or healthcare compliance processes. • Experience using CRM systems, Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, or similar tools.
