• Experience within the Leadership & Development space is beneficial in building credibility with clients. • A background in consultative sales is extremely beneficial for success. • Project management experience is highly beneficial. • You prefer to be told what to do rather than take initiative. This role requires a self-starter who thrives on accountability and ownership. • You’re uncomfortable navigating ambiguity. Clients will have unique and evolving needs—there is no script to follow. • You see sales as a transaction rather than a partnership.
