📋 Description
• Lead our comprehensive caregiver and patient engagement strategy, brain health initiatives • Spearhead two critical initiatives: care coordination and engagement maximization • Oversee the strategic roadmap for program evolution while maintaining excellence in current delivery
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Minimum 7+ years of experience in healthcare engagement, care coordination, behavior change, or program management • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and complex programs • Demonstrated experience in dementia care, brain health, or caregiver support programs • Experience developing or scaling care coordination programs preferred
