📋 Description
• Transform People data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making • Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce insights • Validate outputs, perform spot checks, sense-check results, and independently verify calculations • Own data quality through validation, testing, reconciliation, and quality assurance of reporting outputs • Maintain Power BI dashboards and reports • Translate stakeholder requests into analytical requirements and actionable insights • Produce regular and ad-hoc analysis • Identify anomalies and verify results using alternative methodologies • Work with HR, business leaders, and stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations • Support automation and continuous improvement of People reporting processes • Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
🎯 Requirements
• Experience working within HR or People Analytics • Strong experience using Workday, including reporting and data extraction • Advanced Excel skills • Ability to work with large and complex datasets • Proven ability to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality • Experience translating business questions into analytical solutions • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to explain complex data in a simple, business-friendly way • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
