📋 Description

• Administer and optimize Atlassian Cloud products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) to support agile delivery and knowledge management. • Configure workflows, automation rules, permissions, and integrations to meet evolving business needs. • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Jira and Confluence, addressing user-reported issues, permissions, and configurations. • Respond to ad-hoc queries via Slack and other platforms. • Create and maintain internal and customer-facing technical documentation. • Guide and support customer implementation projects and enhancement requests. • Manage user access and security settings in compliance with organizational policies. • Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues. • Implement governance and standardization for projects, spaces, and templates. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve processes and enhance user experience. • Support cloud migration and hybrid deployment strategies. • Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. • Ensure compliance with internal security and audit requirements. • Participate in change management and incident response processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sprint goals and continuous improvements. • Stay current with Atlassian Cloud updates and features, ensuring timely adoption of improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in IT support and customer engagement. • 3–5 years of hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence in enterprise environments. • Strong understanding of Atlassian Cloud and Data Center architectures. • Proficiency in JQL, REST APIs, and automation tools. • Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication abilities. • Experience with Linux, Bash, and Unix command line. • Exposure to DevOps practices and public cloud environments (AWS preferred). • Comfortable working in agile and scrum-based teams.
