📋 Description

• Onboard teammates accurately and on time from offer letter through the first week of employment • Support hiring managers throughout the hiring process • Assist candidates with application questions and technical issues • Manage onboarding tasks in the applicant tracking system and background checks • Collaborate with compensation on manager questions, new job creation, and job offers • Partner with recruiters by answering or escalating questions • Follow up with hiring managers on onboarding progress and notify them of delays • Ensure new-hire forms are properly completed and signed • Identify process improvements and present ideas to the team • Manage incoming cases in ServiceNow • Manage MSS transactions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• A four-year college degree or equivalent experience is required • At least two years of previous experience is required • Strong customer service skills with a proven track record • Hands-on, efficient, and great communication skills • Ability to proactively drive closure to open items • Business acumen • Problem-solving and analysis skills • Communication proficiency • Personal effectiveness and credibility • Computer skills • MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Project required • Workday applicant tracking system or another applicant system experience is required • ServiceNow, RingCentral, and Emissary experience recommended, but not required • English reading, writing, and verbal skills • College-level mathematical proficiency and ability to understand, interpret, and develop spreadsheet data
