âą Conduct and lead business process re-engineering activities of time and attendance and payroll processes. âą Supervise business analysts in support of these activities. âą Analyze client organization and design payroll processes and integrating systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. âą Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. âą Research, gather and synthesize information to support change management activities.
âą Experience designing business processes and operating models required (preferred experience with Payroll processes). âą Experience troubleshooting issues with payroll and time and attendance Tier 2 and Tier 3 service tickets. âą Must understand client business needs, gathering user stories and requirements and the understanding of testing phases âą Experience gathering requirements and performing fit-gap analysis. âą Active Secret clearance
