• Extensive experience in recruitment strategy and leadership within the IT industry (10y+) • Strong understanding of Romania’s talent markets, trends, and competitive landscapes • Demonstrated ability to design scalable recruitment processes • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance recruitment teams • Very good stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving mindset • Experience managing budgets and resource allocation • Ability to adjust strategies for short-, medium-, and long-term organizational needs • Experience with process automation or recruitment technology enhancements • Previous involvement in employer branding and community engagement programs and initiatives • Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
