📋 Description

• Define, manage, and deliver digital product requirements supporting business objectives and operational excellence in the financial industry • Identify, analyze, and shape business needs to deliver measurable value and improve end-to-end processes • Manage and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap while balancing business value, risks, dependencies, and operational constraints • Lead discovery workshops and analyze AS-IS processes • Define optimized TO-BE solutions, process flows, user journeys, data flows, API requirements, and system interactions • Connect business stakeholders with technical teams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration • Clarify business, functional, and integration requirements • Analyze system interactions and integration needs • Document API requirements, data mappings, request-response flows, and expected system behavior • Collaborate with developers and architects on integrations • Convert requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, API use cases, and test scenarios • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers • Prepare requirement packages and validate delivered solutions • Support API and system-integration validation, integration testing, API response and error analysis • Support UAT cycles, training, and communication to drive adoption • Provide ongoing application support and analyze recurring issues • Transform operational insights into enhancements for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Ownership • Proven record of delivering enterprise solutions • Experience context switching roles • Hands-on experience with APIs and system integrations • Ability to understand API documentation, endpoints, request and response structures, authentication methods, error handling, and data mappings • Experience translating business needs into functional and integration requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and system interaction diagrams • Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, or OpenAPI • Experience leading discovery activities and defining business processes • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes • Experience evaluating existing tools versus custom development • Experience with third-party integrations • Ability to make recommendations based on value, feasibility, and cost • Ability to transform complex business, process, and integration requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones • Experience managing UAT cycles and coordinating stakeholders • Experience driving adoption across diverse user groups • Strong operational mindset, including post-deployment support, user interaction management, and continuous improvement • Excellent communication skills in English • Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes • Ability to use AI tools responsibly, structure effective prompts, critically validate outputs, understand limitations, and own the final result
