📋 Description

• Define, manage, and deliver digital product requirements supporting business objectives and operational excellence in the financial industry • Maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog and roadmap • Balance business value, risks, dependencies, and operational constraints • Lead discovery workshops and analyze AS-IS processes • Define optimized TO-BE solutions, process flows, user journeys, data flows, API requirements, and system interactions • Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams • Analyze system interactions and integration needs • Document API-related requirements, data mappings, and expected request-response flows • Collaborate with developers and architects on integrations • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, API-related use cases, and test scenarios • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers • Prepare requirement packages and validate delivered solutions • Support API and system-integration validation, integration testing, API response and error analysis • Support UAT cycles, training, communication, and adoption of new capabilities • Provide application support, analyze recurring issues, and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Ownership • Proven record of delivering enterprise solutions and experience in context switching roles • Hands-on experience with APIs and system integrations • Ability to understand API documentation, endpoints, request and response structures, authentication methods, error handling, and data mappings • Experience translating business needs into functional and integration requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and system interaction diagrams • Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, or OpenAPI • Experience leading discovery activities, defining business processes, and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes • Strong background in evaluating solution alternatives, third-party integrations, and making recommendations based on value, feasibility, and cost • Ability to transform complex business, process, and integration requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones • Experience managing UAT cycles, coordinating stakeholders, and driving adoption across diverse user groups • Strong operational mindset, including post-deployment support, user interaction management, and continuous improvement • Excellent communication skills in English • Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes • Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result
