• Develop and strengthen a sustainable relationship with assigned territory in Travel Leaders Network • Take proactive action via customer visits to accounts as well as strategic plans for growth and success • Develops and implements core supplier sales plans and integrated Travel Leaders Network products and services utilization plan for assigned territory • Travels to member agencies, local /regional sponsored events and industry sponsored events • Presents and assists in the understanding of member benefits from marketing programs to technology in addition to other offerings - focused on programs with highest ROI for TLN • Communicates member requirements and requests support from other departments as necessary to assist in achieving goals • Recommends areas of further growth potential and supports members in reaching those goals • Evaluates territory performance against established objectives/guidelines • Provides timely reporting of activities via Salesforce.com • Conducts minimum of 60 contacts per week (in person and via phone calls)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing experience • Travel up to 35% of the time • Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills • Must have proven track record of account management and retention • Must have the ability to meet deadlines working from home and while traveling • Goal oriented and action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined
