📋 Description

• Operate and monitor client infrastructures, particularly Windows clients and endpoint management • Handle incidents and service requests in 2nd-level support • Analyze issues, develop sustainable solutions, and ensure thorough documentation in the ticketing system • Support the expansion of modern workplace solutions, such as Microsoft Intune • Automate recurring tasks, for example using PowerShell • Further develop deployment, patching, and client management processes • Coordinate technical topics and changes directly with customers • Implement requirements in close collaboration with the team • Contribute ideas to improve processes and services

🎯 Requirements

• Completed IT training or comparable practical experience • Experience in IT operations or support, such as 2nd-level support, workplace environments, or systems administration • Strong knowledge of Windows client environments • Experience with endpoint management tools, preferably Matrix42, Empirum, or comparable solutions • Structured, solution-oriented approach and ability to resolve problems independently • Fluent German (C1) • Good English (B2) • Ideally, experience with Microsoft Intune, such as device management, policies, and software distribution • Ability or interest in implementing initial automations with PowerShell • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, or endpoint security • Basic knowledge of ITIL processes, such as incident, change, or problem management • Interest in modern workplace topics and willingness to continue developing professionally
