📋 Description
• Build a portfolio of clients by outbound prospecting • Achieve revenue targets through sales techniques • Analyze prospects business processes • Design solutions to meet customer requirements • Articulate software concepts clearly • Build and maintain a sales pipeline • Manage the entire sales cycle • Some travel may be required
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SMB or Mid-Market level software and/or HR tech sales • Background screening sales experience preferred • Demonstrable track record of closing business • Solution selling to C-suite • Understand HR technology • Selling background check services, payroll, or HR related solutions • Consultative and problem solver • Organized, detail and process oriented • Bachelor’s degree preferred
