Description

• Conducts prospective student interviews: Matches College benefits to students’ needs by providing accurate information related to all college and program specific information • Uncovers prospective student motivations and concerns, as well as overcomes objections through problem solving using a consultative approach • Maintains consistent contact with prospective students and provides the highest level of customer service • Effectively uses technology and established business processes; responsible for documenting all student interactions into CRM • Adheres to all school/company policies and procedures as well as federal, state and compliance regulations • Demonstrates positive attitude and motivation, concern for students, teamwork, and excellent time management skills • May work on special projects like; prospective student qualification outreach and follow-up or support retention and outreach efforts post-enrollment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • 3-5 years of enrollment experience • Excellent presentation skills both verbal and written • Ability to develop professional rapport with prospective students • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines: displays high level of accuracy • Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook • Knowledge of Campus Management products, strongly preferred
