• Independently and excellently manage at least 10 recruitment projects from opening to delivery of the final shortlist to the client, maintaining our quality and timing standards. • Implement tailored candidate attraction strategies, defining together with the recruiter and the client the best channels for posting and headhunting techniques. • Conduct interviews and provide feedback with a human and technical focus, ensuring a positive candidate experience and consistent information for the client. • Deliver shortlists with strong technical and behavioral fit, presenting strategically validated candidates. • Actively participate in client and internal team meetings, contributing market insights and supporting ongoing project alignment. • Keep the ATS and other management tools up to date, ensuring visibility and organization of selection processes.
• Bachelor's degree (completed) • Previous experience in recruitment and selection, especially in strategic headhunting • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technically and empathetically • Clear, professional writing skills • Experience with ATS platforms and corporate Gmail • Experience in market research and role diagnostics
