📋 Description

• Advertise job openings through various channels and attraction strategies • Screen résumés and conduct active sourcing • Conduct video interviews • Administer and analyze assessments when necessary • Prepare candidate evaluations • Support the client throughout the entire recruitment process • Ensure a positive experience for candidates and clients • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with agility and quality

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Experience in Recruitment and Selection • Previous remote work (home office) experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organization and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously • Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented profile • Knowledge of recruiting tools and digital platforms • Microsoft Office • Microsoft Excel • 3 to 5 years of professional experience preferred • Experience managing a high volume of vacancies is a plus • Experience recruiting for positions at different levels (operational, tactical, and strategic) is a plus • Experience working with clients from different industries is a plus
