📋 Description

• Design and implement training programs to enhance sales performance • Develop and manage sales content, playbooks, and collateral • Optimize CRM tools and sales technologies for efficiency and effectiveness • Refine sales processes to improve conversion rates and reduce friction • Analyze performance data to identify strengths and areas for improvement • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and strategy • Oversee recruitment efforts by placing job ads, reviewing applicants, and coordinating interviews • Conduct a structured two-week training program for all new sales representatives to ensure a strong foundation in sales processes, product knowledge, and CRM tools. • Support the Sales Management team in goal setting and performance measurement

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales training, process optimization, and enablement strategies • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally; strong English proficiency is required, as you will be training U.S.-based sales representatives.
