📋 Description

• Serve as the business partner to the SMB leadership team to drive sales effectiveness and results • Act as a key contributor to the annual planning and forecasting cycles by auditing historical data, validating territories, and supporting the quota-setting process • Develop data-driven insights and recommendations on pipeline, segmentation, targeting, and sales motion • Own the day-to-day operational engine for the North America R&D and Quality team, managing account transitions, CRM hygiene, and BI tool troubleshooting to ensure seamless sales execution

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Management Consulting. • Strategic. Able to use both data and intuition to develop simple solutions to complex issues • Self-starter comfortable taking initiative and working both individually and in teams • Have worked in a high-growth environment and prioritize time well • Technically savvy. Very comfortable in Excel, PowerPoint and G Suite
