âą Build and maintain partnerships with potential clients and other players in the web3 space âą Help identify new business opportunities through our network and market insights âą Help create simple, scalable processes for GTM workflows (e.g. onboarding new partners or tracking leads) âą Keep internal documentation and information up to date âą Own GTM roadmap. âą 2-4 years in a GTM, Partnerships, or Sales enablement, ideally in web3 or tech âą Strong knowledge of the web3 B2B ecosystem and a solid network in New York âą A proactive mindset to notice gaps and fix them before they become problems âą Comfort working with data, tools, and dashboards âą Ability to work independently but also collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in global tech environments âą Ability to keep multiple priorities on track and maintain a CRM âą Work in a hybrid capacity, combining remote flexibility with consistent in-person presence at AR's New York City office for key team and partner interactions âą Be available to travel regularly for client meetings, conferences, and team offsites as needed
