📋 Description

• Strategic and operational leadership of the Business Unit in Berlin • Responsibility for revenue, profitability and the contractual delivery of projects • Identification of new market potential and acquisition of new customers • Maintenance of existing customer relationships • Development and implementation of sales strategies • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification • Strong sales expertise and an entrepreneurial mindset • Solid knowledge of the regional industrial sectors • Strong communication skills, empathy and decisiveness • Experience in project-based business and in managing complex processes • Several years of professional and leadership experience in an industrial environment
