📋 Description

• Play a key role in evaluating, selecting, and implementing a new HRIS platform • Design and build scalable workflows, processes, and data structures within the HRIS • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful system implementation and integrations • Own end-to-end semi-monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance • Stand up and administer employee benefits programs, including health, welfare, and retirement (401k) • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and filing requirements across payroll, benefits, and employment practices • Manage relationships with payroll, benefits, and other People-related vendors • Serve as a key point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and People operations • Support employee relations matters, including assisting with investigations and documentation • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentation • Develop and deliver People data reporting and insights to support business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or similar roles • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading an HRIS implementation • Strong hands-on experience with payroll processing and benefits administration • Deep experience administering HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, HiBob, Paycom, Workday Go, or similar) • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll and employment compliance requirements • High attention to detail with a strong data integrity mindset • Analytical and systems-oriented thinker with the ability to translate data into insights • Proven ability to manage vendors and cross-functional stakeholders • Strong project management skills and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion
