📋 Description

• Own vacancies end to end, from intake with the hiring manager through accepted offer • Run efficient hiring processes and keep Time to Offer low without lowering hiring standards • Proactively source top talent through market mapping, direct outreach, and pipeline building • Partner with hiring managers, challenge hiring briefs, maintain short feedback loops, and drive alignment • Run structured interviews and assess candidates against company values and role competencies • Maintain clean, data-driven ATS records including scorecards, rejection reasons, and pipeline updates • Improve hiring processes by sharing effective practices and fixing inefficiencies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience, ideally at a fast-growing tech or SaaS company • Experience closing Senior and Lead roles through direct sourcing • Ability to understand and explain hiring metrics including hires, Time to Offer, funnel conversion, and trial retention • Strong stakeholder partnership skills, including running intakes, challenging hiring managers, and driving alignment • Fluent English and Russian • Experience hiring for mobile, app economy, fintech, or dev tools is nice to have • Hands-on experience with Ashby or another modern ATS and AI sourcing/screening tools is nice to have • Experience hiring across Europe and other remote markets is nice to have
