📋 Description
• Run technical sales calls discussing binding kinetics and assay design • Onboard new customers and assist in experiment design • Monitor ongoing accounts and suggest next steps • Troubleshoot customer experiments with the biology team • Identify expansion opportunities within accounts
🎯 Requirements
• Scientific background in protein engineering, biochemistry, biophysics, or related field • Experience in a customer-facing technical role: field application scientist, technical sales, scientific account management, or similar • Commercially driven mindset • Strong communicator who adapts to the audience • Self-starter capable of managing pipeline and priorities
