• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, capability building, learning and development, or sales training within the technology or SaaS industry • 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience • Experience facilitating engaging learning experiences for sales or customer-facing teams • Experience designing scenario-based learning programs using simulations, storytelling, and role-play activities • Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools, LMS platforms, reinforcement solutions, or conversational AI technologies • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Technology, Computer Applications, Strategy, Learning, or a related field
