• Drive regional sales growth through structured customer engagement, opportunity management, and timely deal closure • Develop and execute strategic account plans for OEMs, Tier‑1s, and key customers, review performance and growth potential regularly • Build strong, multi‑level relationships across engineering, procurement, quality, and leadership functions • Position Klüber’s value proposition using technical expertise, application knowledge, benchmarking data, and ROI‑based selling • Leverage Klüber’s test rigs, OEM approvals, and application capabilities to deliver differentiated product and service solutions • Lead commercial negotiations within approved pricing and margin frameworks, managing risks and ensuring compliance • Maintain high‑quality CRM pipeline discipline to support forecasting, reporting, and sales governance • Support and develop channel partners by improving pipeline quality, technical capability, and adherence to territory and pricing norms • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and OEM developments; identify opportunities for new approvals and aftermarket growth • Identify new product or application opportunities, support trials, and provide structured market and competitor intelligence • Ensure effective order‑to‑cash execution, issue resolution, and high standards of customer service
• Engineering degree with a full-time MBA • Minimum 15 years of B2B technical/industrial sales experience, preferably in Automotive • Proven experience managing OEMs, Tier‑1 customers, and channel partners in South India (TN, KA, AP, TG, KL) • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and value‑based selling expertise • Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
