📋 Description

• Lead business and technical discovery sessions • Translate customer needs into solution strategies, recommendations, scoped proposals, and phased roadmaps • Create customer-ready presentations, proposals, estimates, and solution narratives • Help customers modernize content operations through Content Supply Chain strategies, AI-enabled workflows, and agentic approaches • Connect business priorities to architecture direction and Adobe transformation outcomes • Advise on governance, reuse, metadata, operating models, scalable content delivery, architecture approaches, integration patterns, risks, and best practices • Partner with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Partner teams • Present to executive and technical audiences and simplify complex topics • Travel across EMEA up to 30%

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in consulting, professional services, pre-sales, delivery, or enterprise digital transformation • Around 10+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing solutioning, scoping, advisory work, or strategic consulting • Strong experience with enterprise CMS platforms; Adobe Experience Manager preferred • Experience capturing requirements, defining scope, supporting estimation, and developing proposals or customer-facing recommendations • Ability to translate business requirements into solution direction and communicate value to executive and technical stakeholders • Strong understanding of digital experience architecture, CMS integration patterns, and enterprise content management strategies • Interest in Content Supply Chain, AI-enabled workflows, and emerging agentic capabilities • Fluency in English required • German or French would be a plus • Willingness to travel across EMEA up to 30%
