📋 Description

• Manage pre- and post-hire activities with guidance • Resolve employee queries accurately and promptly, escalating issues as needed • Prioritize urgent requests while multitasking across multiple issues • Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and onshore partners • Provide guidance and support for pre- and post-hire activities • Maintain customer service, confidentiality, quality, SLA, process, policy, audit, and regulatory standards • Manage electronic personnel files and document storage according to standard protocols • Use Workday, SmartRecruiters, and Employee Center HR systems • Interpret and explain company policies when resolving inquiries • Contribute to SOP/DTP maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives • Provide input to incident reports to support issue investigation and process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred • 2 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources Services in a Shared Services/BPO Industry • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools • Basic knowledge and understanding of Human Resources Processes and Operations • Experience working with HR systems, preferably Oracle and Workday • Willingness to work a midshift schedule and 3 days onsite per week • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external customers • Ability to maintain good customer relationships and respond to customer needs • Thorough and meticulous approach to reports, tasks, and documentation • Ability to address basic process issues and suggest applicable solutions
