📋 Description

• Managing large national accounts • Building direct client relationships in support of sales efforts • Serving as primary engineering or architectural lead for national accounts • Maintaining a technical review load and delegating reviews to support staff • Ensuring all projects are staffed, performed to high standards of quality, and delivered on time • Managing Building Assessment projects being completed by associate consultants • Ensuring all projects meet the client's goals and scope expectations • Provide training and mentoring to junior staff

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in performing and reviewing various consulting projects • Previous experience performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) • Knowledge and experience assessing various property types • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills • Personable and able to communicate with people at all levels • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat • Experience in construction management preferred
