• Market Expansion: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Web3 space within Korea and China - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape • Partnership Development: - Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including blockchain projects, investors, and technology partners - Negotiate and close business deals that align with our strategic goals • Client Relations: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in Korea and China - Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention • Sales Strategy: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns • Project Management: - Oversee the implementation of business development projects from inception to completion - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Web3 or blockchain industry • Proficiency in English is a plus • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem • Fluency in both Korean and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
