📋 Description

• Organize and perform administrative tasks related to Project Management Office activities assuring projects follow defined framework. • Validate and control quality of projects execution including preparation of relevant reports for PMO. • Monitor projects portfolio and projects KPI’s • Identify gaps, risks and resolve projects compliance issues • Assure projects budget is in control and is supported by Operating Plan funds • Manage new projects demand by, Validating information completeness and Creating new projects • Maintain and support PPM system by, Resolving tickets and service requests, Managing user access and system configurations, Analyse and propose process improvements / automations, Monitor existing integrations and proactively execute adjustments • Actively communicate with Project Managers • Prepare and maintain educational materials about project management and PPM system use

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in project management/support (Healthcare IT as added value) • Able to gather relevant information systematically to troubleshoot and resolve issues • Good organizational skills, multitasking • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail, testing and documentation • Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and under stress • Fluent English
