📋 Description
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter + AI & Automated tools • Building search strategies from sometimes imperfect briefs • Writing complex Boolean strings • Identifying 'hidden' or non-obvious job titles • Quickly analyzing candidate profiles • Personalized outreach + follow-ups • Light pre-qualification (big plus) • 3–4 roles in parallel (tech/biotech/corporate mix). • No client-facing responsibilities. • No politics. Pure build and performance.
