📋 Description

• Perform the calculation, analysis and monitoring of direct and indirect costs for business units. • Prepare management reports with critical insights, highlighting variances, trends and opportunities for cost reduction. • Conduct feasibility studies and comparative cost analyses (actual vs. budget, unit cost, margin, etc.). • Automate processes, spreadsheets and KPIs to improve efficiency and the reliability of information. • Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards and decision-support tools (Excel, Power BI or similar). • Monitor operational processes to understand cost drivers and propose improvements. • Work in partnership with operations, controllership and financial planning teams to ensure alignment of information.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production/Industrial Engineering or related fields. • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Controllership, Finance or Cost Accounting is desirable (a plus). • Intermediate Excel. • Knowledge of process automation: VBA, Python, Power Query, or other tools (a plus).
