📋 Description

• Define and evolve the Customer Journey, Value Chains, Business Services, and Business Capabilities • Participate in discovery and inception activities, translating business requirements into technical specifications • Guide the evolution of the product and our technology platform and develop architectural blueprints • Evolve standards, reference architectures, observability, monitoring, and technical debt management • Create and maintain architecture documentation, blueprints, architectural models, and artifacts • Participate in experiments, PoCs (Proof of Concept), RFIs, RFPs, and evaluations of new technologies • Recommend make-or-buy decisions, considering competitive scenarios • Propose innovations and identify business opportunities • Integrate AI into business processes (insights, predictive and prescriptive analytics) • Facilitate organizational transformation by supporting the adoption of new business models

• Cloud Solutions Architecture (AWS) • Domain-Driven Design (DDD) • Event-Driven Architecture (e.g., Kafka) • APIs and systems integration • Practical AI applicability (GenAI / applied use cases)
