📋 Description

• Design, develop and evolve scalable, high-performance backend systems with a focus on quality • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including backend, frontend and cloud, to deliver agile and efficient releases • Design and implement secure APIs and integrations • Implement monitoring and automated tests to keep data and processes consistent, fast and available • Implement automated tests to ensure code reliability and quality • Monitor and optimize application performance in production • Participate in technical decisions and in the evolution of system architecture • Improve infrastructure, architecture and performance of existing systems and microservices • Contribute to improving the development experience for teams • Foster a technical culture of excellence with focus on quality and agile development • Reflect on and validate ideas and help delight customers • Take ownership of continuous development and the quality of deliveries

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Python, with emphasis on Django and FastAPI for building scalable, maintainable APIs and web systems • Proficiency with Git and disciplined commit history • Ability to support other team members and communicate technical decisions clearly and objectively • Broad understanding of development processes and agile workflows • Deep understanding of the application lifecycle and integration with front-end, QA and DevOps • Advanced knowledge of project architecture, design patterns and backend development best practices • Experience with relational databases, Django ORM, migrations and query optimization • Knowledge of unit, integration and E2E testing with Pytest, unittest and Playwright • Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization with Docker, automated deployments and cloud monitoring • Strong ability to influence, engage and resolve conflicts constructively
