📋 Description

• Support and further development of the company-wide payroll system LOGA for central payroll processing and our facilities • Ensuring a stable, efficient and reliable system operation in the payroll environment • Analyzing, assessing and handling system-related requests from payroll accounting and from our facilities • Implementing legal, collective-bargaining and organizational requirements, and supporting releases, testing and technical enhancements • Managing and optimizing interfaces to adjacent payroll and financial systems, and supporting data quality checks • Contributing to reports, user trainings and to company-wide payroll IT and digitization projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, university degree or equivalent qualification related to payroll, business administration or IT • Professional experience in payroll or payroll accounting and familiarity with the processes of a monthly payroll run • Practical experience with LOGA or a comparable payroll system is an advantage • Good understanding of legal and collective-bargaining requirements in payroll accounting • Enthusiasm for analyzing, optimizing and further developing system-supported payroll processes • Structured, solution-oriented and service-focused working style, with confident communication with various stakeholders
