📋 Description

• Independently prepare payroll and salary statements for a defined group of employees • Independently, service-oriented support of multiple clients on payroll tax and social security matters • Correspondence and communication with authorities, public offices, health insurance providers and social security agencies • Ensuring quality management processes and their standards • Working in a goal-oriented manner within the team • Carrying out tasks in payroll HR administration as well as general clerical duties and payroll accounting

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte), payroll assistant or certified payroll accountant (m/f/d); also suitable for career changers with relevant payroll experience • Relevant professional experience in payroll processing or payroll accounting; re-entrants welcome • Confident use of MS Office applications and payroll systems (preferably DATEV Lohn & Gehalt or LODAS) • Knowledge of timekeeping systems and system interfaces desirable • Good knowledge of payroll tax law and social security law
